As a company Dreams 2 Reality is a new innovative system trying to help people get there lives back together. And as a company were going to help Clients change there lives, through therapy and social building skills to help them get jobs and more. After our restriction period we encourage our clients to seek employment with the ability to come and discuss anything they have going on with them through the learning groups that we offer also any barriers that are occurring in there life. The housing provided offers in-home laundry, internet, fully equipped kitchen with therapy and behavioral health technician's trying to assist in solving those issues. We also provide with helping scheduling doctor visit's , retrieving lost or misplaced documents.

Our Founders

Keona Scott, CO Founder/ (CFO) QMHA

Keona Scott is a loving mother of two young men and has always wanted to help people and make a difference since childhood. she has been in the behavioral health profession as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) for 12 years. She received her Associates Degree as well as her Bachelors Degree to become a social worker, but found her nitch in elderly care and started an independent living home for senior citizens which she will Be expanding in the near future. Keona also has multiple group homes in the Phoenix area, along with her Non-Profit organization which focuses on community outreach. Keona believes in the healing of the mind, body and spirit which starts with your mental health.. Keona also believes that mental health is a big issue that is over looked and should be addressed immediately. If you think it and believe it then ANYTHING is POSSIBLE!.

Giovanni Scott (CEO)

Giovanni Scott was born in Las Vegas, Nevada Where he calls home. As a young man he has always loved everyone and treated everyone equally, he is such a giving person and puts his family and loved ones first. He is a hard working man and is always willing to take a risk to provide for others. Giovanni moved to, Phoenix,Arizona and made a big decision to work for his mother who has an outpatient treatment facility in Phoenix., working under her and admiring her work and seen how many lives she could change and the clients she inspired as an individual. He decided to start a behavioral health housing facility by the name of Dreams 2 reality, he started his plan and vision and is now very successful . he is always looking toward to helping someone and open to new businesses opportunities. Giovanni has big plans for the company and will be expanding worldwide.

Ina Tolbert, B.A. (clinical Director)

Ina Tolbert, B.A. Clinical Director, was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and attend Princeton High School. After raising her family, five children, she went back to school and became a medical assistant, which she practiced for 26 years. She lived in Las Vegas, NV for 32 years and while living there she attended College of Southern Nevada to become an RN but during her course of prerequisites she determined she loved psychology. Later she attended Ashford University, now known as University of Arizona Global Campus and received her bachelor’s in arts for Psychology. She was in the Tai Upsilon Honor Society, and she was also a member of The National Honor Society of Collegiate Scholars. She has always felt as if she wanted to help people and make a difference in their lives. After moving to Arizona, she found out she could counsel with her master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling, so she switched her major and started attending Capella University where she is still studying. While attending school she just received her induction into The National Society of Leadership and Success, January 2023. She is scheduled to graduate Fall of 2025.

Our Services

Programs: Clients will be attending group therapy With an behavioral health Technician Monday-Friday. 9am - 1pm, as well as serving lunch to clients and participating in motivational activities After group has ended, transportation will be constructed for pickup.

D2R employs an LPC that provides Individual Counseling services and provides Clinical Oversight to our BHTs to ensure the quality of service delivery. Our LPC has over 2 decades of experience and shows a dedication to his craft that is apparent in his client interactions.

Healthy options are a necessity! To provide quality food options, D2R creates meal plans and purchases nutritious food items recommended by a licensed dietitian.

To further promote a healthy environment D2R retains an NP who can provide medical and prescribing services to our clientele. In addition, all D2R employees are trained on our medical monitoring/administration policy which is annually monitored and approved by a Nurse Practitioner.
